Since 2014, we have been developing oilers and oil level indicators made of galvanized steel and stainless steel for special applications such as offshore, petrochemicals and seawater desalination for Rosenheim-based R. Mertens GmbH, an engineering firm for lubricants.

All the necessary metal parts are milled in different sizes and delivered in individually produced packaging.

We have been working very successfully with the Dutch company Top Filtration Europe BV since 2015. We redesigned a housing for the product TFE Oil+ Bypass Filter.

This product is an oil filter for secondary power use in vehicle and mechanical engineering. The newly developed housing is easy to install and can be easily swivelled and is delivered ready for installation by us.

Since then, we have been producing these regularly in small series.

For the company vhf camfacture AG in the Swabian Ammerbuch we developed several mini 5-axis CNC milling machines for dental technology. Our main focus of our work here was on simulations of stiffness, beige movements and the effects of material savings in Solid Edge.

This enabled us to achieve a weight saving of almost 50% for the machines, while increasing the stiffness by ten times and reducing the individual parts and assembly times by about half.
